  • We keep the soul of Vietnamese coffee, but make it work at London speed. Traditionally it’s brewed through a slow-drip phin filter; we use espresso machines so it’s served in seconds, not minutes, while staying true to the original taste. We’ve also adapted the portion sizes for the UK, so it fits your daily coffee routine

  • Our beans are 100% Robusta, the backbone of Vietnamese coffee and key to its bold flavour. We source exclusively from Vietnam’s Central Highlands, the heartland of the country’s Robusta, because supporting local farmers there is important to us. Our coffee is roasted medium in the UK to keep it fresh

  • Egg coffee
    Start unmixed. Tilt the cup for the first few sips so you get egg velvet and coffee at the same time, then stir well and finish

    Salt coffee
    Keep it unmixed. Sip through the salt cloud so you get creaminess and coffee in every sip

    Stir before drinking so the espresso and coconut base come together

  • Yes. We serve the regular espresso-based coffees you’d expect, like flat white, cappuccino and latte, just with that Vietnamese Robusta kick
